About Terra
I’m Terra, a Wisconsin-based real estate broker who believes buying or selling a home should feel informed, supported, and a whole lot less overwhelming. I’ve built my business around clear communication, strong negotiation, and protecting my clients’ equity from start to finish—not just getting a sign in the yard.
I work alongside my husband, Jim, which means our clients get a true team approach. I’m typically the strategist and point person, handling pricing, contracts, timelines, and the big-picture details, while Jim is hands-on with buyers, showings, and boots-on-the-ground problem solving. Different strengths, same goal: making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Behind us is a small but mighty support team that keeps things running smoothly, communicates proactively, and treats every transaction like it matters, because it does. We don’t pass clients off or disappear after accepted offers. We stay involved, accessible, and honest through inspections, appraisals, negotiations, and closing day.
